KBeautyNabi.com adheres to strict hygiene standards to ensure the safe and sanitary delivery of skincare products to our customers. Accordingly, returns and refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Eligible Return Cases


Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  • You received a product different from your order.
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

Please note:

  • Changes in packaging, label design, or ingredients by the manufacturer are not considered defects.
  • Returns are not accepted if the product itself has no defects.
  • Returns due to personal preference, dissatisfaction with texture or scent, or individual skin reactions are not allowed.

1. Return Item Condition :

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused.
  • All safety seals must be intact.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including the box, outer packaging, and inserts.

*Non-Returnable Conditions:

 

  • Opened, tested, or partially used products.
  • Products with broken or removed safety seals.
  • Returns or refunds due to individual skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergies.

⚠️ Important: Always perform a patch test before using a new product.



2. How to Request a Return

  • Clear Photos of:

    • Product
    • Packaging

We will review your request and notify you whether your return is approved. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

 

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Once approved, returns must be shipped within 14 days and must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days.
  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, the refund may be denied.

3. Return Shipping Cost

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or confirmed product defects.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, especially for high-value items, for safety.
  • KBeautyNabi.com is not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Opened, used, or tested products
  • Products with broken or removed safety seals
  • Products missing original packaging, components, or inserts
  • Sale items, promotional gifts, or gift cards
  • Products with packaging or ingredient changes that do not affect functionality (not considered defects)
  • Items returned without prior approval

5. Taxes, Duties & Fees

 

  • Any import taxes, VAT, GST, duties, or customs clearance fees charged in your country are collected by local customs or carriers and are not refundable by KBeautyNabi.com.
  • If you are eligible to claim a refund for such taxes or duties in your country, please contact your local customs office for assistance.


6. Refunds

 

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse:

  1. We will verify that the item meets the return conditions outlined in Section 1.
  2. After review, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved:

 

  • The product price will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect shipment or confirmed product defects.
  • If only some of the returned items meet the conditions, a partial refund will be issued for eligible items only.

Refund Processing Time:

 

  • It may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of the approval email, please first contact your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

 

  • KBeautyNabi.com does not offer direct product exchanges.
  • If you wish to receive a different product, please follow the return procedure for your original item and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Returned Packages Due to Shipping Issues

 

  • Packages returned to us due to refusal, non-delivery, or undeliverable addresses will be handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse:

    • Only the product price will be refunded.
    • Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • These cases are handled separately from standard product returns and do not override the return conditions outlined in Sections 1–7
