Shipping Fees

 

  • ACI Express (DDP)

    • Delivery Time: ACI EXPRESS (9-12 Business Days)-Incoterms DDP
    • Flat Shipping Rate: $19.99
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

    • All orders to the United States are shipped under DDP terms.
    • For U.S. customers, all import taxes, duties, fees, and customs charges are included in the shipping fee, so no additional costs will apply.

  • KBeautyNabi.com ships authentic Korean skincare products directly from Korea to the following countries:

    • United States
  • For U.S. Customers:
    • All orders are shipped under DDP terms.
    • KBeautyNabi.com covers all U.S. import duties and taxes; customers do not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
    • Shipping is done via a trackable service.

1. Processing & Delivery Time

 

1.1 Order Processing

 

  • Orders are processed within 0–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding Korean public holidays.
  • A tracking email will be sent immediately upon shipment.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Time



Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. General guidelines are:

 

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, strikes, or local carrier issues.

  • KBeautyNabi.com currently ships to the following region:

    • United States

3. Duties & Import Taxes

 

  • All orders are shipped directly from South Korea.
  • Import regulations and tax rates are determined by the customs policies of the destination country and are beyond our control.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, product prices and shipping fees on KBeautyNabi.com do not include import duties, VAT, GST, or customs handling fees.

For the United States:

 

  • All orders shipped to the U.S. are processed under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
  • KBeautyNabi.com pre-pays all U.S. import duties and taxes on behalf of the customer.
  • Customers will receive their orders without any additional customs fees or import taxes.
  • Note: In certain regions, local sales tax may apply in accordance with U.S. law and will be automatically calculated during checkout.

4. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

 

4.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

If the provided address is inaccurate or incomplete, or if delivery is impossible due to the recipient’s absence, refusal, or non-acceptance, the package may be returned to us.

 

The following policies apply:

  • Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, only the product price will be refunded.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping charges, customs handling fees, or other costs incurred by KBeautyNabi.com during the return process will be deducted from the refund.

If your order has not yet been packaged or prepared for shipment, we will do our best to update the address; however, address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, and delivery failures due to incorrect addresses are handled according to the refund policy outlined above.

 

4.2 Refused Packages & Unpaid Duties

 

If the customer refuses delivery or fails to pay required duties, taxes, or customs fees, the package may be returned or discarded by local customs.

 

The following rules apply:

(A) Returned Packages in Resalable Condition

  • If the package is returned to our warehouse and confirmed to be in a resalable condition, refunds will be issued as follows:
    • Original shipping fees
    • Return shipping costs incurred by KBeautyNabi.com
    • Customs or import fees
    • Any additional shipping or handling charges
    • Refundable: Product price only
    • Non-Refundable:
    • These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

(B) Packages Not Returned or Unsellable

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The package was discarded by customs
  • The package was lost in transit
  • The product arrived damaged or in a condition unsuitable for resale

(C) Refund Requests Related to Duties or Taxes

Customs duties, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by the customer’s country are local charges and are not refundable by KBeautyNabi.com. Refunds will not be issued if:

 

  • Duties or taxes are higher than expected
  • The customer does not wish to pay import charges
  • Refund is requested solely because duties were applied

Import procedures and taxes vary by country and are beyond the control of KBeautyNabi.com.

 

5. Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages

 

5.1 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

 

KBeautyNabi.com monitors all shipments using official tracking information provided by the carrier to ensure safe delivery.

 

If the carrier scans the package as “Delivered”, it indicates that the package was delivered to the specified address.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check the following:

  • Family members or roommates living with you
  • Neighbors or building management/security office
  • Apartment delivery lockers, mailboxes, or package rooms
  • Carrier’s “delivery notice” or pickup slip

📌 Verify Your Address:

5.2 If the Package Still Cannot Be Found

 

If your package remains missing after checking the suggested locations, please take the following steps:

 

  1. Contact the Carrier Directly
    • Request a delivery trace or investigation (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, ACI Express, etc.).
  2. Email KBeautyNabi.com
    • Order number
    • Tracking number
    • Carrier investigation request number (if available)
    • After initiating the carrier investigation, email kbeautynabi1@gmail.com with the following information:

Our team will review the carrier’s findings and guide you on possible solutions.


5.3 Policy for Packages Lost After Delivery

 

  • Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, it is considered the customer’s responsibility.
  • KBeautyNabi.com is not liable for theft, loss, misplacement, or third-party receipt issues occurring after delivery.
  • Re-shipment or refunds for such orders are not guaranteed and will only be considered at our discretion under exceptional circumstances.

5.4 Delayed or Lost Shipments in Transit

 

If tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, you may request assistance as follows:

 

  • Standard Shipping: No movement for 14 days or more
  • Express Shipping: No movement for 7 days or more

If this occurs, email kbeautynabi1@gmail.com with your order number and tracking link.

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, damaged, or undeliverable, KBeautyNabi.com may, at our discretion:

 

  • Refund the order amount, or
  • Reship the same product

Shipping issues must be reported within 30 days from the shipping date indicated in the dispatch confirmation email. Requests received after this period may be subject to limited support.

6.1 Processing & Shipping Delays Due to Holidays

 

Since KBeautyNabi.com ships products directly from Korea, processing and delivery may be temporarily delayed due to:

  • Korean public holidays and major traditional holidays
  • Holidays in the destination country

These delays are caused by carrier and customs schedules and are beyond our control.

During holidays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to increased order volume and logistics constraints. Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed during these periods.

6.2 Delays Due to Carrier Circumstances

 

Delivery delays may occur under the following circumstances:

  • Increased workload for local carriers
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Strikes or natural disasters
  • Congestion in international shipping networks
  • Customs inspection delays

These external factors are beyond KBeautyNabi.com’s control, and we appreciate your understanding if such delays cause any inconvenience.

Final delivery in each country is completed via the following local postal services:

  • United States: ACI Express → USPS

Once your order is shipped, the shipping confirmation email will clearly indicate the active carrier handling your package, allowing you to track the shipment and monitor its progress in real time.
